# Phản hồi - góp ý

Để phản hồi và đóng góp ý kiến cho Viver, hãy thực hiện theo 3 bước đơn giản như sau:

**Bước 1:** Người dùng lựa chọn chức năng "**Phản hồi - Góp ý**" tại góc dưới bên phải ở bất kỳ chức năng nào (như hình vẽ bên dưới)

**Bước 2:** Biểu mẫu Phản hồi - Góp ý sẽ bật lên. Tại đây, hãy chọn Loại **Ý kiến phản hồi** (lỗi xử lý, phát hiện sai, không phát hiện được,...), sau đó nhập thông tin **chi tiết** mà bạn muốn phản hồi và tải lên ảnh chụp màn hình (nếu có)

**Bước 3:** Hãy ấn nút **Xác nhận** để gửi phản hồi - góp ý cho Viver. Phản hồi của bạn sẽ được chuyển cho đội ngũ phát triển Viver và được xử lý trong thời gian sớm nhất. Cảm ơn bạn!
