# Bắt đầu sử dụng

Hãy chắc chắn rằng bạn đã cài đặt công cụ thành công Add-in trước khi bắt đầu sử dụng. Nếu bạn chưa cài đặt hoặc lỡ tay xóa nhầm Add-in khỏi máy tính, xin vui lòng tham khảo hướng dẫn cài đặt tại [đây](/untitled/cai-dat-word-add-in.md) và cài đặt lại Add-in trên máy mình. 

Nếu bạn đã cài đặt thành công, **tab** **Viver** sẽ luôn hiện trên thanh công cụ của bạn mỗi khi mở Word (như trong hình). Khi chọn vào tab này, bạn sẽ thấy các chức năng của Viver được hiện lên, bao gồm Kiểm tra chính tả, Kiểm tra thể thức, Hướng dẫn sử dụng và Liên hệ. Trong trường hợp bạn thấy **tab Viver** nhưng không click được, nguyên nhân thường gặp là do tệp (file) bạn đang mở là thuộc định dạng doc (định dạng tài liệu chuẩn cũ của Word). Khi đó, để sử dụng công cụ, bạn cần chuyển lại tệp hiện tại sang định dạng docx theo hướng dẫn trong[ mục lưu ý lúc cài đặt](/untitled/cai-dat-word-add-in/mot-so-luu-y.md).
